SALT PEANUTS

Salt Peanuts is a UK-based production company founded by filmmaker, editor and motion designer Simon Jefferis, working across music-led and commercial projects.

Matthew Callaby, known as MrCallaby, is a British artist, currently based in Bristol, England. His work often features anthropomorphic characters painted in his unique, illustrative style.

I spent some time with him in Bristol to try and capture the man behind the art, learn about his process and capture it to video.

DON GLORI

Don Glori is producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist Gordon Li. A product of the not-so-underground, genre-bending melting pot coming out of Melbourne, Australia. Now based in London, traversing jazz, funk, soul, RnB, samba, and beyond, his music is hard to describe but harder to forget.

I had the opportunity to direct, shoot and edit some live performances of songs from his latest album - Don’t Forget to Have Fun

For an ostensibly laid-back shoe, the subject of sneakers can be a fraught one. How do you straddle the line between too plain and too bold? Is it safe to wear designer styles if they might get marked? And how does a grown man wear high-tops without looking like Kendall Roy? Thankfully, help is at hand. We’ve enlisted the expert advice of the designer, creative director, and OG sneakerhead Mr Jeff Staple.

Fr1th

South London producer and musician Fr1th, presents Mind Blossom - a 13 track album displaying his creative output of over two years. It draws on influences as wide as J Dilla to Ludovico Einaudi. A blend of piano beats based production that spans true lo-fi, chill, ambient, electronic, jazz and Hiphop.

I had the opportunity to direct, shoot and edit a video for his single, Mind Blossom.

RIA MORAN

Liverpool-raised, London-based alt-soul singer-songwriter Ria Moran is perhaps best known  for her collaborative work with heavyweights of the UK contemporary jazz and soul scene like Nubiyan Twist, Gotts Street Park and Daniel Casimir. However, 2025 has seen her shift  focus towards her solo career, releasing her debut album ‘Cubico’ via DeepMatter Records.  

I had the pleasure of creating the visualisers for her album Cubico and more recently captured visuals of her performance at Brick Lane Jazz Festival.
